Department of chemistry was started 2010 with extraordinary lab facilities in chemistry department having good class rooms and good environment. We have now well qualified faculties and good lab assistant are there in chemistry department.
We motivated a student to achieved a good placement presently in chemistry department 133 students are studying & 3 faculties are working in Wisdom Women’s College of Arts and Science

- Develop and understanding of the chemical behavior of matter, structure and properties of chemical component
- Serve as good role models to student for safe and ethical professional behavior
Objective
- To provide a broad foundation in chemistry that stresses scientific reasoning and analytical problem solving with a molecular perspective
- Student will be able to describe those chemical principles, Process or Phenomena which they consider to aesthetically pleasing
- To train chemist with a strong foundation to pursue high level studied (M.sc & P.hD) to meet the needs of the country for such skilled manpower.
